On behalf of the Organizing Committee of International Flavor and Fragrance Conference, we cordially invite you to the 2nd International Flavor and Fragrance Conference (IFF2018), which will be held on May 28-31, 2018 in Wuxi, China. IFF2018 will be organized by the American Chemical Society-Agricultural and Food Chemistry Division and Jiangnan University.

The IFF2018 conferences are organized for flavor and fragrance scientists to obtain top level information in the field of flavor and fragrance chemistry, as well as sensory science. IFF2018 will be the 2th in this series of meetings initiated in Colombia, bridging flavor and fragrance scientist in academia and industry.

IFF2018 in Wuxi – a beautiful and one of top 10 livable cities in China (According to Blue book of Urban Competitiveness, 2016) – will cover a wide range of topics related to flavor and fragrance. Conference deliberations will be on manifold themes: Flavor and fragrance perception, flavor and fragrance sensory and instrumental analysis, chemical and biochemical generation of flavor and fragrance, flavor technology related to flavor and fragrance stability, encapsulation and delivery technologies, off-flavor and flavor masking, physiology of flavor and implications on psychology of consumers.
